Fleet Management Administrator - Sant Boi de Llobregat

At Temporing, we are selecting a Fleet Management Administrator for an important company located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

Functions: Plan the routes of the vehicle fleet (80-100 vehicles daily) to manage the collection of goods from customers.

Communication via email and telephone with customers and transport providers.

Monitoring of daily incidents derived from the transport service of the collections.

Updating the operational process in the digital system.

Management and communication with the rest of the logistics centers to coordinate the requested collections.

Attention and management of inquiries related to the fleet and administrative support to the department.

Requirements: Minimum education: Vocational Training or similar studies in administration, logistics, transport, or business management.

Previous experience of at least 1 year in administrative functions, fleet management, transport, or similar positions.

Knowledge of office tools (SAP), especially Microsoft Excel, and experience with management programs.

High level of English.

Capacity for organization, planning, and task monitoring.

Responsible, resourceful, proactive person with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Residency near the workplace or own vehicle for commuting.

We offer: Contract through ETT with the possibility of joining the company.

Full-time on-site workday from Monday to Friday.

Schedule from 9:00 h to 18:00 h.

Salary 13.88€ gross/hour.
