Clinical Project Manager - Pediatric Oncology (M/F)

TempoPHARMA is recruiting on behalf of one of its partners a Clinical Project Manager for a mission in pediatric oncology.

You will join a demanding clinical research environment, working on an international Phase III study, presenting high operational complexity and a major medical stake.

Your missions

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will ensure the operational management of the study, in close connection with the investigator sites and the project teams:

• Manage the study activity in France and ensure the operational follow-up of the sites;
• Manage and coordinate 2 ARC Moniteurs;
• Be the primary point of contact for investigator sites and answer their questions regarding the protocol and its evolutions;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the sites and the collection of documents necessary for the study;
• Supervise the administrative follow-up of the various amendments;
• Contribute to the improvement of monitoring processes, notably to gain efficiency on the Monitoring Plan;
• Perform part of the monitoring activities according to needs;
• Guarantee good coordination and workload distribution within the France team;
• Use and effectively exploit Excel, in an environment that currently does not have a CTMS or eTMF.

• Higher scientific education (Pharmacy, Master 2 or equivalent)
• You have at least 3 years of experience in clinical project management, ideally with significant experience in pediatric oncology.
• Fluent English;
• Excellent mastery of Excel
