Clinical Project Manager (M/F)

About the company

As part of the development of our CRO CLINACT, we are recruiting a Clinical Project Manager (M/F), based in our Vélizy premises.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Project Manager's objective will be to ensure the smooth running of one or more international clinical studies managed by the CRO in the fields of medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements, etc., for private and public sponsors.

To this end, your missions will be as follows:

• Global management of studies: clinical, digital, biometry, ..
• Direct interactions with Clients for reporting and Study meetings
• Forecasting of resources and activities
• Weekly management of actuals by the Project teams: budget monitoring and deadline compliance
• Quality control of deliverables
• Providing your operational expertise for process evolution
• Driving role in the creation and revision of internal procedures and SOP

Requirements

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a Scientific field, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in clinical project management in a CRO
• Ability to think strategically when managing processes and teams
• A fluent level of English is required.
• A good communicator, you enjoy working in a collaborative mode and know how to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• You are rigorous, diplomatic, and proactive.
