We are looking for a Strategic Planning Manager with a strong financial and business vision, an analytical profile, and the ability to influence strategic decisions. This person will be responsible for leading the Company's budgetary and strategic planning, ensuring visibility of results, financial sustainability, and support for decision-making by leadership and the Board.

What you will do day-to-day: Lead the Company's strategic and financial planning, conducting budget cycles, forecast, and long-term projections; Analyze financial results and performance indicators of business units, identifying risks and opportunities; Ensure the quality and consistency of information used in budgetary planning and decision-making; Prepare and present monthly results to the Board of Directors; Develop economic-financial studies to evaluate business opportunities; Promote initiatives aimed at cost efficiency, expenses, and increasing the Company's profitability; Manage financial goals and ensure clear and assertive visibility of performance indicators; Develop pricing strategies, margins, and commercial policies for new businesses; Develop and engage the team, promoting continuous improvement, automations, and evolution of the area's processes.

Requirements and qualifications Let's move forward, understand what we expect from you: Completed Higher Education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas; Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization; Solid experience in Strategic Planning, Financial, FP&A, or related areas; Experience with budgetary planning, forecast, and financial projections; Advanced knowledge in investment analysis, financial mathematics, and business indicators; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI; Intermediate English.

Work model and schedule: In-person, Monday to Thursday | Home Office on Fridays - business hours
