No experience in logistics? No problem! If you have a background in a regulated sector (such as pharma, food, or healthcare), we will be happy to teach you the rest.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (such as Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or Life Sciences).
• You have already gained initial experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Compliance.
• You have basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO, or similar quality systems.
• You have an analytical mindset, work extremely accurately, and have a 'compliance mindset'.
• You speak fluent English (the working language). Knowledge of Dutch is a great asset!

As a Quality Specialist, you are the rock in the storm when it comes to quality and safety. You dive into the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that all processes run according to strict healthcare regulations (such as GDP, GMP, and ISO). Not dry material, but an active role in which you interface with Operations, Customer Service, and the customer!

What will you concretely do?

• Investigating & Resolving: You handle complaints, deviations, and investigations and implement tight actions.
• Audit Ready: You ensure that the site is always ready for internal and external audits.
• Documentation & Risks: You draft quality procedures and work instructions, perform risk analyses, and assist with change controls and validations.
• Coaching & Training: You provide training (including on GMP/GDP) to colleagues on the shop floor.
• New Projects: You support the onboarding of new customers and help to continuously improve processes via sharp KPIs.
