TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Executive

About the company

Client is a global electronic OEM/Manufacturer and a well-known smart home brand for your house connectivity such as WIFI, router, switches and etc.

Your tasks

• Livestreaming: Host TikTok livestreams, showcase products, engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales conversions.
• Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit TikTok videos, develop creative content ideas, and leverage trends to increase engagement and sales.
• TikTok Shop Management: Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and daily shop operations.
• GMV Growth: Take ownership of GMV targets, monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to grow GMV through livestreams, content, and promotions.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, inventory, and cross-team activities to maximize sales performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor GMV, conversion rates, traffic, and livestream performance; prepare reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• A Degree from recognized institution in Singapore is preferred.
• At least 2 years' Experience in TikTok Shop, livestreaming, content creation, or e-commerce is preferred;
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.
• Basic video filming and editing skills; CapCut knowledge is an advantage.
• Creative, confident, and familiar with TikTok trends and social media content.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales targets, GMV, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours for livestreams and campaigns.
