Senior Sales Engineer - Hunter Role

Location: Kallang Salary: Base + VB (if hit KPI) Allowance: Car + Petrol

The Role Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive and grow its environmental testing equipment business in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical consultation through negotiation and closing, with a minimum annual Order Intake (OI) target of SGD 750,000 .

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Singapore territory and achieve annual OI targets.
• Develop new business and grow existing strategic accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, technical solutioning, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, technical managers, procurement and key decision makers.
• Develop winning strategies for complex opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Position premium technical solutions based on performance, reliability and lifecycle value.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market/competitor intelligence.
• Drive customer engagement across semiconductor, electronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing and related industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' B2B technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, testing systems or engineered solutions.
• Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and closing complex technical sales opportunities.
• Strong network and established customer relationships within Singapore's semiconductor, electronics, R&D or advanced manufacturing sectors .
• Experience with environmental test chambers is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical, commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to sell value rather than compete primarily on price.
• Independent, self-driven and comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
• Must have a valid driving licence and own a car for customer visits.
