Ship Crewing Officer (10-Month Contract / Convertible to Permanent)

Location: Shenton Way (CBD) Salary: S$3,000 – S$5,000 Contract: November 2026 – August 2027 Job Responsibilities Coordinate crew changes for assigned vessels, including crew joining and sign-off arrangements. Liaise with vessels, port agents and recruitment/manning agencies on crew movements. Arrange and monitor crew travel, flights and related logistics. Ensure crew certificates, visas and documentation comply with maritime regulations. Maintain crew records and update ship management systems. Handle crew appraisals, invoices and general administrative duties. Job Requirements GCE O/A Levels; qualifications in Maritime Studies are advantageous. 1 year of working experience; ship crewing or marine personnel operations experience preferred. Experience coordinating crew changes and dealing with shipping/port agents would be advantageous. Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
