Marketing Executive (B2B), Up to $4,600

Location: East, Singapore Salary: $3,800 – $4,600 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Days: 5-day work week

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to support B2B marketing and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new market opportunities, generate potential customer leads and turn market insights into actionable sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
• Research potential markets, industries and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
• Maintain and improve the company's CRM/customer database
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support the sales team's activities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to understand their requirements
• Support promotional activities, events and marketing campaigns
• Review campaign results and recommend improvements for future activities
• Provide general marketing and sales administrative support when required

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in lead generation, marketing campaigns and sales support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate will be an advantage
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and prospects
• Proactive with the ability to suggest ideas and take initiative
• Able to work independently and closely with sales teams
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally for events or campaigns.
