Junior Application Engineer (1-Year Contract) – Up to $3,200 + Monthly Incentives

Salary: Up to $3,200 + Performance Incentives Contract: 1 Year (Renewable) Location: East, Singapore Benefits: 1-month completion bonus upon successful completion of the 1-yearcontract. Job Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers and sales representatives on product applications, specifications and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email and on-site visits. Conduct product application testing, system setup and fine-tuning. Provide post-sales technical training to customers. Prepare and update technical manuals and training materials. Assist sales teams with technical demonstrations when required. Support continuous improvement of technical support processes. Job Requirements Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related Engineering disciplines. Less than 3 years of relevant experience are welcome. Familiarity with logic control, HMI programming and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP). Knowledge of sensors, actuators, PLC, servo motors or programming languages (Python, C#, Java, SQL) will be advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. Willing to travel to customer sites for technical support.
