Engineering Technician | Woodlands | Up to $4,000

Location: Woodlands Link Working hours: Mon - Fri; 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in PLM/SAP operation tasks
• Prepare and update work instructions, test procedures, and inspection documents
• Support assembly and testing documentation for manufacturing processes
• Validate procedures on-site and update revisions when needed
• Assist in creating jigs and fixtures using 2D/3D software
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support production activities
• Support continuous improvement projects for quality, cost, and efficiency
• Assist in tooling and test equipment setup according to product requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Control Engineering
• Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling software such as PTC Creo
• Knowledge of SAP PLM or ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Basic Excel functions, scripting, or coding knowledge is an advantage
• Able to read 2D drawings, 3D models, and electrical/pneumatic schematics
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, and problem-solving tools
• Clean room experience is an advantage
