Quality Assurance Technician

Your area of responsibility

• Deputy for our Team Leader of Apprentice Training and Toolmaking
• Operative training of our apprentices in the field of Mechatronics with a focus on Electrical Machine Technology
• Integration of digitalization, 3D printing, robotics, and automation into everyday training
• Identification and implementation of innovative training projects in the technological environment
• Implementation and execution of Lean Management and 5S in our apprentice training
• Planning and participation in apprentice fairs, internal job rotations, apprentice competitions, cooperation with schools and partner companies, etc.
• Promotion of innovative spirit, technical understanding, and independent working among our apprentices

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training at Matura level with further training in Quality Management
• Initial professional experience in Quality Management - ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22163) or the willingness to acquire the corresponding specialist knowledge
• Good English skills
• Analytical thinking skills, structured way of working, and high level of initiative
• Enjoyment of teamwork, communication, and the development of new ideas

Remuneration package:

The minimum gross salary intended for this position is € 4,195.00 per month plus allowances. Overpayment is possible depending on appropriate qualifications or professional experience.
