Maintenance & Building Manager - Industrial Sector M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FRTELMA, a recognized international player in its field, is looking for a Maintenance & Building Manager to drive the reliability of its production tools and guarantee the safety of its installations.If you enjoy reconciling technical challenges, management, innovation, and performance, this position is for you!Your missions:Under the responsibility of the Industrial & Maintenance Manager, your role will be to structure, coordinate, and evolve the maintenance of our site:1. Maintenance & reliability- Define and monitor the maintenance plan (preventive, corrective)- Optimize costs while guaranteeing equipment availability2. Management & coordination- Lead a maintenance team and manage service providers- Develop skills and promote autonomy3. Performance & continuous improvement- Monitor key indicators (TRS, TRP, MTTR.)- Implement or optimize digital tools (GMAO)4. Building management- Monitor energy consumption- Propose improvement actions5. Compliance & safety- Guarantee compliance with QHSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)- Stay updated on regulatory developments6.
