TELMA, a recognized international player in its field, is looking for a Maintenance & Buildings Manager to drive the reliability of its production tool and guarantee the safety of its facilities.

Under the responsibility of the Industrial & Maintenance Manager, your role will be to structure, coordinate, and evolve the maintenance of our site. Maintenance & Reliability
- Define and monitor the maintenance plan (preventive, corrective)
- Optimize costs while guaranteeing equipment availability. Management & Coordination
- Lead a maintenance team and manage service providers
- Develop skills and promote autonomy. Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key indicators (TRS, TRP, MTTR)
- Implement or optimize digital tools (GMAO). Building Management
- Monitor energy consumption
- Propose improvement actions. Compliance & Safety
- Guarantee compliance with QHSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Monitor regulatory developments. Group Support
- Provide occasional technical support to subsidiaries (occasional travel)
? Profile sought
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or electrotechnics
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
- First successful experience in management
- Mastery of continuous improvement tools, GMAO, QHSE standards
- Good level of English (written & oral). Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
