Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will ensure the administrative processing of purchases and the monitoring of supplies to guarantee the availability of components, raw materials, and services necessary for our activity, while respecting cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:
Purchasing Management
- Issue, transmit, and monitor supplier orders;
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of orders and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines;
- Update prices and purchasing conditions in the ERP;
- Prepare dashboards and purchasing performance indicators.
Supply Management
- Analyze needs arising from MRP/ERP calculations;
- Place replenishment orders;
- Monitor stock levels and safety thresholds;
- Anticipate supply shortage risks;
- Coordinate actions with the Supply Chain teams;
- Ensure follow-up of supplier deadlines and acknowledgments of receipt.
Supplier Follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date supplier data;
- Participate in supplier evaluation;
- Handle administrative disputes related to orders;
- Ensure follow-up of non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality department.
Administrative Management
- Verify the compliance of invoices with orders;
- Update article and supplier databases;
- Archive documents related to purchases.
Holding a higher education degree at the Bac+2 level in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
You are proficient in office tools as well as an ERP and possess a good knowledge of how an MRP process works.
Comfortable in English, both written and spoken, you know how to operate in an international environment.

What we offer you:
- Position in CDD until the end of January 2027, full-time
- Non-manager status (35 hours smoothed over the year with the acquisition of 13 RTT/per calendar year)
- Remuneration starting from 35 K€ paid over 12 months
