I am Justina Augulytė, Sales Salon Manager, and I am currently looking for a new team member for my team, who will be a customer advocate and a team leader. Ensure a high level of team competence and knowledge. Organize smooth and efficient salon operations. Create a positive atmosphere and strong team collaboration. Strive for sales targets and ensure team results. Care for an exceptional customer experience and high customer service standards.

What will help you successfully achieve results in this position

You will be the face of „Telia“ and a team leader, so it is important that you can inspire the team, make decisions, and ensure smooth salon operations.

Your experience and skills:

Not less than 2 years of leadership experience Sales and customer service experience Team development and motivation skills Foreign language proficiency

The base salary in this position starts from 2000 Eur gross. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Our colleagues' average monthly bonus is approximately 600 Eur gross, and its amount depends on your competencies and achieved results.
