Lead Application Frontend Engineer (Logistics Robotics)
Logistics is the newest industry focus sector for TX planning to launch our robotic solution in 2024. This is an opportunity to be part of a new project from scratch and support in building a new robot and related applications.
As a frontend software engineer, you will work on the software development of our robot and Logistics operation platform.
You will work on 4 major components in our system:
- Logistics operation application
- Robot operation application
- Operation management system (Web app to manage the robot and warehouse)
- Robot GUI (local web server running in the robot)
This position needs professional experience with frontend application development on game application or web.
Responsibilities Gather and analyze requirements of our GUI and design software to meet the requirements.
Implement GUI of the robot management system
Implement UI of the robot operation system
Continuously investigate & improve the software to achieve better UI/UX
Test for new implemented functionality with actual robot and store environment
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Unity and C# development
Experience in software development on Linux and Windows OS
Experience in some or all of the following: a)Releasing application, b)Team development with Git, c)Developing an app from scratch with GUI with considering UI/UX, d)(Nice to Have)for B2B application
Creative mindset and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of SW Architecture: MVC, MVVM, MVP, MVI, Clean Architecture (not all of them, but more than one. MVC is a must)
Development → Release → Maintenance flow experience: experience on creating a project from zero and bringing it to release and maintenance
Language: English (Functional), Japanese (conversational)
(Nice to Have) VR application development experience and its design
(Nice to Have) Professional Skill of web-frontend software (JavaScript/ HTML/CSS)
(Nice to Have) Experience with ROS development
(Nice to Have) Experience with network application development experience
(Nice to Have) Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc
(Nice to Have) Reactive Programming
(Nice to Have) Dependency Injection
