TP needs a bilingual telephone representative for automotive finance.

100% on-site vacancy in Zapopan next to ciudad judicial or near the Akron stadium. Support with in - outbound calls for follow-up on overdue payments from clients with current automotive financing.

Requirements:

• Live in Guadalajara or metropolitan area.
• Speak conversational English (at least B2 level).
• Experience in customer service.
• Availability to take training for 5 weeks from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 17:00 PM.
• At least high school completed.
