Your tasks

We’re looking for a Gaming Expert to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you’ll support users of video game platforms by phone, helping them with account management, subscription cancellations, refunds, and more. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.

What we offer

• Salary: COP $2,133,334 per month during training and COP $2,666,666 per month in operations.
• 40-hour work week* with weekends off, designed to support work-life balance. Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, for 5 weeks (2 weeks of training + 3 weeks on the job). Operations: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
