Bilingual eLearning Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative, innovative, and results-oriented Content Designer, responsible for designing engaging and high-impact learning content for adult audiences. The work is hybrid; computer equipment will be provided. The person in this position will combine Instructional Design, Graphic Design, and Motion Graphics to develop visually appealing and effective learning experiences. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing multimedia materials such as graphics, illustrations, animations, interactive activities, learning resources, and gamification elements that enhance the learning experience. Responsibilities
- Transform learning objectives, client requirements, and business needs into effective training materials.
- Design innovative visual content that facilitates learning, strengthens knowledge retention, and generates an engaging user experience.
- Develop eLearning materials from end to end, including:
- Graphic design
- Illustrations
- Animations
- Multimedia resources (audio and video)
- Interactive activities
- Propose creative solutions that continuously improve the learning experience.
Requirements
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm (Central Time)
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Pedagogy, Marketing, Web Development, or similar
- Advanced English (B2)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Motion Design.
