Bilingual Telephone Agent / Customer Service / Inbound Calls / Part-Time

FUNCTION:

Receive calls from Mastercard cardholders regarding benefits, replacements, reporting lost plastics, and account information.

SCHEDULE:

1. 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm Monday to Sunday / 1 rotating day off
2. 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday to Sunday / 1 rotating day off

PAID TRAINING:

12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday
