Safety & Occupational Health Officer (จป.) / Safety & Compliance Specialist (จป.)

Job Details

The company is looking for a Safety & Occupational Health Officer (จป.) with at least 1 year of experience to join us in overseeing safety and compliance measures at TP Thailand. You will play a key role in conducting safety training for new employees, ensuring the working environment meets standards, and supporting internal safety audits.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safety Training: Plan and conduct basic occupational health and safety training for new employees as required by labor laws.

1. Workplace Supervision: Inspect and control the working environment to ensure it meets the company's safety standards (EHS) and legal requirements.

1. Compliance: Identify workplace risks, suggest preventive measures, and oversee operations to ensure compliance with Thai occupational safety laws.

1. Audit Support: Prepare documentation, record safety-related data, and coordinate both internal and external Safety & Workplace Audits.

1. Accident Management: Support the implementation of emergency plans, report accidents, and investigate causes to find preventive solutions.

1. Coordination: Act as the primary safety coordinator for projects, working alongside Operations and Facilities Management departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Certified as a Professional Safety Officer (จป. วิชาชีพ) or Supervisory/Management Safety Officer (จป. หัวหน้างาน / จป. บริหาร) as required by law.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in safety, occupational health, or Compliance (experience in BPO, Call Center, or corporate office businesses will be specially considered).
• Skills in presentation and training facilitation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to start work immediately (ASAP) will be specially considered.
