Junior Reporting Specialist

For our Finance department, we are looking for a motivated Junior Reporting Specialist who wants to further develop in the field of reporting, financial analyses, and management information.
What will you do as a Junior Reporting Specialist? As a Junior Reporting Specialist, you will support the Finance department in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, while simultaneously further developing your analytical skills and business insight. Your main responsibilities: Reporting & Data Support: you support the preparation of recurring management and group reports, the updating of finance Excel reports and templates, and the collection and organization of financial data from various sources. In this role, you ensure that monthly and periodic reporting activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and completely.
Analysis & Ad-hoc Support: you perform checks, comparisons, and variance analyses and support the team with ad-hoc reports and data requests. An important part of your contribution is converting raw figures into clear and structured insights.
Process & Improvement: you maintain and improve existing reporting files and templates, contribute to the standardization and simplification of reporting processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality within the team.
Collaboration & Communication: you work closely with Business Controllers and Finance colleagues, act as a reliable point of contact for reporting-related questions, and communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
What do we expect from you? We are looking for a hands-on and eager-to-learn professional with a strong affinity for numbers and reports. You possess: A completed education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field
Very good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and structured worksheets)
A strong eye for detail and accuracy
The ability to work with large datasets
Interest in financial reports and business performance
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
A structured, reliable, and proactive working style
Good command of the English language (B1/B2 level)
Practical requirements Availability: 40 hours per week
Location: Willing to work on-site
