Do you want to combine technology, process improvement, and project-based work in the medical technology industry? At Teleon Surgical, you will develop and optimize production processes for intraocular lenses. In this way, you contribute directly to reliable production and better eye care.

Process Engineer

Your Role You investigate what can be improved, translate analyses into concrete solutions, and ensure that improvements are carefully documented and implemented. Depending on the project, you will also take on the role of project leader. Your activities include:

• Analyzing production processes and products and implementing improvements in the areas of efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Developing new production systems and processes together with R&D and assessing technical feasibility
• Commissioning production equipment together with the Qualification and Validation engineering team
• Providing first-line support for malfunctions and technical problems, together with Maintenance, suppliers, and Subject Matter Experts
• Programming PLC, robot, and CNC systems and providing specialist support, including in robot technology, SML techniques, and lens models
• Performing QMS tasks, including NC's and CAPA's, and drafting, coordinating, and executing work instructions, ISO procedures, and Engineering Change Orders

Your profile You are analytical, precise, and feel at home in a technical, regulated production environment. Additionally, you bring:

• At least a completed technical education at HBO level
• Good command of English for documentation and consultation
• A structured, proactive, and flexible working attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Curiosity about new technologies and practically feasible innovations
