Shift Leader Cleanroom (5 Shift Service)

You investigate what can be improved, translate analyses into concrete solutions, and ensure that improvements are carefully recorded and implemented. Depending on the project, you will also take on the role of project leader.

• Analyze production processes and products and implement improvements in the areas of efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Develop new production systems and processes together with R&D and assess technical feasibility
• Commission production equipment together with the Qualification and Validation engineering team
• Provide first-line support for malfunctions and technical problems, together with Maintenance, suppliers, and Subject Matter Experts
• Program PLC, robot, and CNC systems and provide specialist support, including in robot technology, SML techniques, and lens models
• Perform QMS tasks, including NCs and CAPAs, and draft, coordinate, and execute work instructions, ISO procedures, and Engineering Change Orders
• At least a completed technical education at HBO level
• Good command of English for documentation and consultation
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Curiosity about new techniques and practically feasible innovations
• A substantively strong position within an innovative, international organization
• A variable bonus of up to 10% of your gross annual salary
