As Team Manager Residential Solution Architecture, you will lead the team that makes these decisions, translating strategy into applications and systems that bring Telenet's residential activities to the next chapter.

Working within the Solution Architecture team

Your responsibilities as Team Manager Residential Solution Architecture

Within the Product & Technology organization, you will help shape the future application and information landscape for our residential customers.

Specifically:

• You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects.
• You will determine the long-term vision for the modernization and rationalization of our residential applications, weighing the impact on the organization against market developments and future trends.
• You will closely follow new technological developments and translate what is truly relevant into thoughtful and timely architectural choices, without blindly following every hype.
• You will take end-to-end architecture responsibility for a portfolio of initiatives and present and defend your vision to stakeholders up to director and C-level.

• Has a natural curiosity and continues to develop themselves continuously, especially in an environment that is constantly changing.
• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree and has at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Is fluent in English.
