Sales Assistant/Store Salesperson (M/F)

You will work in the sales department to advise our customers in-store, by e-mail, by telephone, and to process their orders.

Proficiency in IT tools is indispensable. With a good ability to synthesize information, your e-mail responses must be concise and precise, while remaining friendly. Your knowledge of the outdoor market will be appreciated, as well as an excellent command of spelling.

With a focus on quality and "customer service," we provide maximum technical advice to a passionate clientele. Therefore, although we will train you, we will give priority to people who know and use the products we sell (ski de rando, ski freeride, télémark, escalade, alpinisme).

Your sense of service and your expertise will allow you to be an alert and competent sales element in our specialized store.

A very good level of English is required; Spanish will be a plus.
