Studies Coordinator (M/F)

We are looking for a Studies Coordinator. We are seeking rigorous, organized, and autonomous profiles, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders: students, teacher-researchers, and administrative services. You will be a key player in student follow-up, guaranteeing the quality of their academic journey and the proper organization of training programs.

As a Studies Coordinator, your missions will be to:

Ensure the role of point of contact for students in the programs you coordinate and ensure the quality of student reception and support

Ensure the deployment of the programs you coordinate

Manage internship periods, study stays, and student mobility for those you follow

We are looking for a person holding at least a Bac +2 or Bac level with significant experience (minimum 4 years) in managing training programs. Proficiency in office tools is indispensable, as is having excellent organizational skills and good interpersonal skills. You must be able to manage several missions simultaneously with rigor and autonomy. An operational level of English is required in order to be able to support international students and teachers.
