Part Time Shipping & Warehouse Assistant

Your tasks

1. Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.

1. ⁠Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

1. ⁠Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.

1. ⁠Perform data entry related to shipping and billing.

1. ⁠Communicate with customers and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

1. ⁠Provide support to the logistics and sales teams.

1. ⁠Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics support.

1. ⁠Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.

1. ⁠Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook).

1. ⁠Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.

1. ⁠Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
