Mobile Phones Retail Sales Promoter (Honor/ 5-days work week/ Major Shopping Malls)

Looking for confident, proactive, and independent sales personnels to work at our sales point promoting Honor

Multiple work locations: High traffic shopping malls

5 days work per week; 11am to 9pm

• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts at different locations

Starting pay from $1750 per month; individuals without experience are also welcomed.

Average gross salary starts from $2,200 (Basic + Incentive/commission (no capping) + Overtime)

Fluent with English; additional language like Mandarin and Malay would be an additional plus point to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Malay-speaking clients

Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote and demonstrate mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and related accessories to customers.

1. Deliver an exceptional retail experience by providing premium customer service and support.

1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

1. Gather and act on customer feedback, suggest products, and identify new business opportunities.

1. Plan, organize, and participate in events such as roadshows and in-store promotions.

1. Enhance in-store displays through effective categorization, merchandising, and showcasing product features.

1. Ensure marketing materials, promotional items, store displays, point-of-sale setups, and signage are always up to date and presentable.

1. Manage inventory efficiently, including conducting regular stock checks and ensuring sufficient stock levels.

1. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities.

1. Provide product training and recommendations to team members or retail partners when necessary.

1. Handle other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
