We are opening a new store in Mölndal and are now looking for a Store Manager who wants to be part of opening, shaping, and driving a brand new Tele2 store. Take the chance to be there from the beginning!

As a person, we believe you are a coaching and inspiring leader who has a great ability to work structured according to set goals. You are skilled in sales and are passionate about seeing your employees develop.

We are looking for you who have:

• at least five years of work experience in retail
• at least one year of experience in leading, coaching, and following up with staff
• an interest in today's technology
• a completed high school education and good English skills. If you master more languages, it is of course an advantage
• telecom experience is meritorious
