Air Operator - Freight Agency

We are looking for an Air Cargo Operations Officer to join our team. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing import and export air cargo operations from the Tocumen International Airport Cargo Terminal; ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, operating procedures, and the quality standards established by the company.

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education.
• Technical or university studies in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in air cargo operations, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of air import and export processes.
• Handling of AWB and HAWB.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations.
• Experience in preparing the Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods.
• Knowledge of customs procedures.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, freight agents, and airport terminals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English (ability to communicate in a professional environment).
• Proficiency in the SIGA system (desirable).
• Current certification in Dangerous Goods (DG) transport (preferable).
