Traffic Analyst / Colón

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics and cargo tracking, from reception to final delivery.
• Manage documentation necessary for exports and imports (BLs, manifests, instruction letters, etc.).
• Monitor itineraries and transit times, maintaining constant communication with shipping lines, agents, and clients.
• Resolve operational incidents proactively and efficiently.
• Update internal systems with accurate information on each shipment.
• Collaborate with the traffic team to optimize processes and logistics costs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, traffic, or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge in cargo handling and foreign trade documentation.
• Proficiency in office tools and logistics management systems (ERP or similar).
• Intermediate/advanced English (reading and communication).
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
