Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform international purchasing processes, from quotation to delivery tracking;
• Negotiate with international suppliers, preferably from China/Asia;
• Analyze quotations with a technical and financial focus (comparisons, feasibility, and margins);
• Manage and monitor import processes (documentation, deadlines, and logistics);
• Perform order follow-up with suppliers and managers;
• Organize and keep spreadsheets, negotiation history, and internal controls updated.

Requirements and qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum experience in international purchasing;
• Fluent English;
• Currently studying or graduated in Foreign Trade or International Negotiations.

Success for this position is:

• Knowledge of Incoterms and import processes;
• Experience with international suppliers;
• Strong analytical capacity for cost evaluation and product feasibility;
• Organization and attention to detail.
