Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Gender: Indistinct Education: University graduate or intern in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Purchasing area.
Job Objective
Efficiently manage the purchasing process, from the generation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO) to their closure, ensuring the correct capture of information in systems and supplier portals, as well as the timely follow-up of orders and goods receipts.
Main Activities
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders according to the requirements of the user areas.
- Validate that approved orders are processed correctly.
- Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders.
- Manage and follow up on goods receipts in the system.
- Upload and manage purchase orders in client and supplier portals.
- Monitor the status of orders and deliveries.
- Handle approximately 600 lines of information.
- Maintain high speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Interact with corporate and supplier web portals.
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Indispensable.
- Experience in the generation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.
- Management of supplier portals.
- Basic English for reading supplier portals.
- SAP desirable.
- Experience in following up on goods receipts.
- Desirable experience with corporate and supplier portals, such as AMOS and Airbus.
