Payroll Specialist

Currently, we are looking for personnel for the following position:

Payroll Specialist (Temporary)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Accounting.

Knowledge in:

• Excel (Intermediate - Advanced)
• TRESS / VARMUS System
• IMSS
• FONACOT
• INFONAVIT
• LFT

Responsibilities:

• Integral management of the payroll process for more than 500 collaborators.
• Administration and review of payroll incidents.
• Knowledge and handling of IMSS.
• Management of registrations, terminations, and salary modifications before IMSS.
• Calculation and application of the Salario Base de Cotización (SBC).
• Preparation and management of SUA, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments.
• Determination of the Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo.
• Annual calculation of ISR on salaries and wages.
• Administration and payment of savings fund and aguinaldo.
• Knowledge of the tax regulations applicable to salaries and wages.
• Handling of TRESS and/or VARMUS payroll systems.
• Handling of Sí Vale and Pluxee platforms.
• Ensuring the correct application of processes and compliance with payroll-related obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 27 and 48 years

Knowledge: Microsoft excel, Sua
