You will learn to plan, run and measure campaigns that turn senior technology and business leaders into booked consultations. This is a hands-on traineeship: real campaigns, real numbers, with close coaching.Key responsibilities

- SEO and website: update pages on tegisgroup.com, research keywords and track organic traffic.
- Lead generation: build target account lists, support outbound sequences and keep the CRM clean.
- Experiments: run A/B tests on subject lines, ads and landing pages, and write up what worked.
- Reporting: track leads, cost per lead and consultation bookings in a weekly dashboard.
- Events: support webinars and regional events across our offices, before and after the day.
What you'll learn
By the end of the traineeship you will be able to run a B2B growth campaign end to end.
