Program Manager (all genders)

Your tasks

• planning and managing projects throughout the entire development lifecycle
• preparing and maintaining regular KPI reports in a cross-functional environment
• supporting project status tracking based on milestones, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and technical targets
• acting as the customer interface for operational topics and as the internal point of contact for specialist departments
• coordinating and overseeing Linefit deliveries

Requirements

• a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• several years of experience in project management or project leadership, ideally within the aerospace industry
• strong practical knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• solid expertise in Change Management as well as Total Quality Management and structured problem-solving methodologies
• business-fluent German and strong English communication skills
