With the goal of increasing and strengthening the Management Control team, we need to hire a: CONTROLLER SUPPLY CHAIN

Your main focus will be downstream logistics: from the arrival of goods in the store to delivery to the Customer's home. You will support the store teams and internal services to ensure that our service is not only excellent but also economically sustainable. In the future, you will also have the opportunity to expand your skills by acting as a backup for the income statement closures of the upstream perimeter.

Your main objectives:

• Procurement optimization: you will work closely with the procurement team. You will go beyond the use of systems, diving into the details of reordering logic to analyze the consistency of volumes and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing tests for stock reduction.
• Management and balance of delivery price lists: together with our transport partners, you will build and analyze the price lists for the Customer delivery service. Your goal will be to ensure the perfect balance between the costs incurred by Tecnomat and the revenues generated.
• Business partner for Stores: you will actively collaborate with the regional Store controllers to analyze local P&L in detail. You will identify inefficiencies and the causes of any losses on delivery services, proposing improvement plans.
• "Cost Per Order" analysis: in synergy with the upstream supply controller, you will map and quantify the total cost of each individual logistics circuit (home delivery, in-store pickup, click & collect).

IT IS THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU IF

• you have a Master's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance and Control or related disciplines
• you have 2/3 years of experience in management control (preferably in Retail, GDO, or Logistics) and you know how to transform large amounts of data into concrete actions, building analysis tools from scratch.
• you have a good knowledge of the office suite and google drive, Excel at an advanced level
• you have a good knowledge of SAP to extract and manipulate data
• the use of SQL, Bigquery or direct extractions from google cloud platform constitutes a plus
• your level of English proficiency is fluent, while knowledge of the French language represents a plus
• you are available to travel frequently: the ideal set-up involves one day a week of work from the warehouse (in close contact with the Upstream Controller) and a couple of monthly store visits alongside your manager
• you are an authentic, open person, endowed with active listening, empathy, and able to stimulate the autonomy of the teams you collaborate with, facing challenges with energy, transparency, and humility.
• you possess strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills, goal orientation combined with autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving.

• a permanent, full-time contract, with classification starting from the 1st level of the CCNL Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata. For this position, a RAL starting from € 41,500 is provided
