Project Analyst

We are a leading company in the industrial and textile sector. We are currently looking for a Project Analyst with analytical capacity, results orientation, and a focus on project monitoring and control, contributing to the efficient management of resources, costs, and schedules.

Your mission

Contribute to the proper administrative and operational control of projects through the monitoring of activities, costs, acquisitions, schedules, risks, and documentation, timely identifying deviations and providing reliable and timely information to the Project Manager for decision-making.

Your main challenges

• Prepare cost-benefit reports for projects, collecting and evaluating technical and economic information to determine their viability, financial impact, and return indicators.
• Support the documentation of requirements, scope, deliverables, and necessary resources for proper project planning.
• Prepare and maintain updated schedules, work plans, and monitoring matrices considering milestones, activities, responsible parties, and committed dates.
• Identify, record, and monitor risks and opportunities, following up on mitigation and contingency actions.
• Request and analyze supplier quotes, preparing technical-economic comparative charts under homogeneous evaluation criteria.
• Follow up on the process of generation, approval, and handling of purchase orders and services linked to projects.
• Participate in monitoring meetings, preparing minutes, recording agreements, and performing control of commitments and pending actions.
• Analyze project progress by comparing what was planned, what was executed, and the closing projection, generating timely alerts regarding possible deviations.
• Perform economic monitoring and control of projects, evaluating budget, committed costs, and executed costs.
• Prepare executive reports on the status of projects, consolidating information on progress, milestones, risks, changes, costs, and management indicators.
• Support project closure, ensuring compliance with deliverables, the regularization of pending items, and the recording of lessons learned.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related careers.
• Specialization in Project Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions related to project management and control.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or textile companies.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Intermediate English level.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
