WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Graduate or Bachelor in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• Experience in Export, Foreign Trade, or Export Operations positions.
• Operational experience in the coordination and monitoring of international embarques.
• Knowledge of export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, and DAM.
• Experience coordinating with agentes de aduana, forwarders, navieras, and logistics operators.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• SAP skills are desirable.
• Intermediate English.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Manage and monitor the export operational process, from dispatch coordination to delivery to the customer.
• Coordinate maritime, air, and/or land embarques with logistics operators, agentes de aduana, and navieras.
• Prepare, review, and control the documentation necessary for exports.
• Monitor reservations, dispatches, embarques, and international transits, providing timely alerts for any deviations.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure compliance with delivery dates and conditions.
• Keep operational information and corresponding documentation updated in the management systems.
