WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related careers.
• More than 1 year of experience as an Assistant, preferably in companies within the industrial sector.
• Knowledge in demand planning, inventory management, and foreign trade.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
• Intermediate English.
• Analytical capacity, organization, teamwork, and results orientation.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Consolidate and update customer demand forecasts to support planning and procurement.
• Perform monitoring of inventories, rotation, obsolescence, and stock reconciliation in external warehouses.
• Monitor shipments and goods in transit, identifying alerts or deviations.
• Prepare indicators and information for the S&OP process, including Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
• Execute and follow up on transactions in SAP MM/EWM.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Production, COMEX, Quality, logistics operators, and external warehouses.
• Participate in initiatives to improve the area's processes.

• Modality: 100% on-site Independencia, Lima
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
