Vapor Deposition Technician

Job Title: Electron Beam Evaporation Technician / Engineer Key Responsibilities Operate Electron Beam Evaporation equipment for thin-film deposition production.

Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic servicing to ensure stable and reliable operation.

Measure and verify thin-film thickness using appropriate measurement instruments.

Monitor process parameters and product quality to ensure compliance with production specifications.

Maintain equipment records, production documentation, and process data.

Follow established safety procedures and cleanroom operating requirements.

Requirements & Technical Skills Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in thin-film deposition processes, such as sputtering or electron beam evaporation, would be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, thin-film deposition processes, and equipment troubleshooting is preferred.

Experience in thin-film thickness measurement and inspection is an advantage.

Practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to learn and support production activities in a manufacturing environment.
