Test Engineer

Your background Of course, you are experienced in agile methods and perhaps you are also a SCRUM master. You review requirements, create and execute test cases, prioritize, and report test results. As a tester, you are curious, and you like to complement scripted testing with exploratory testing, and you have an understanding of when testing should be automated as well as hands-on competence in this area. You have understanding, knowledge, and above all curiosity regarding different test tools & test methods and how they can be used effectively in test work. You also know how test work needs to be conducted in different sub-areas such as, for example, integration tests, system tests, testing of mobile applications, usability tests, etc. You are a civil engineer, systems scientist, or have other relevant education.

What does the role look like? This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Tecmika and work as a consultant for one of our customers. The assignment is full-time and extends over six months. There are good opportunities for the assignment to be extended, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Our assignments often have an international character, which is why fluent English in speech and writing is a natural part of the work and a requirement. We are looking for you who have 4+ years of experience in larger and/or smaller test projects.
