Your tasks

• You ensure that the technicians' planning is correctly drawn up so that service interventions proceed efficiently
• You act as the first point of contact for technicians when they have questions or need support during their activities
• On a daily basis, you coordinate the operation between two technical departments so that tasks are smoothly aligned
• You follow up on exchange parts and components so that technicians always have the correct material at their disposal
• You request and follow up on quotes from suppliers, where you regularly communicate in English
• You are responsible for the stock management of parts and ensure that critical pieces are available in a timely manner
• Analyzing problems and determining priorities is part of your daily tasks so that interventions can be scheduled efficiently
• Much contact with international customers where you coordinate technical questions or practical appointments
• Together with the service manager, you monitor the overview of the service operation and ensure that everything runs in a structured manner
• You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
• A few years of relevant experience in a coordinating, technical, or administrative role is desired
• Very good knowledge of English is necessary for communication with suppliers and international customers
