The position:

Paris region Start: ASAP Industry / Energy / Construction

As part of a strategic industrial project related to energy storage systems, we are looking for an HSE Supervisor to support the preparation and construction execution phases on a construction site near Paris.

You will work within the Construction & Commissioning teams, with a key role in HSE animation and field management in a high-safety-requirement environment.

Your missions: Guarantee the application of project HSE rules and management plans Participate in operational site meetings Conduct safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance Ensure active regulatory monitoring Write, update, and track project HSE documentation Deploy and lead HSE communication actions Manage field safety activities: safety inductions (site inductions)/ prestarts/ permits to work (PTW)/ safety routines and inspections/ emergency drills Ensure HSE KPI monitoring and project reporting Participate in incident / accident analysis and reporting Organize and supervise emergency drills: evacuation/ electrocution/ spill/ first aid Enforce safety rules with site teams and subcontractors

Profile sought:

Profile sought Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE environment Mandatory experience in: -construction sites -electrical works -industrial or energy environments Strong field presence and HSE leader posture Proactive, involved, and facilitating profile Good command of written and spoken English Ability to write and update project documentation in English Additional assets SST training Experience or certification as an Emergency Response Team member (EPI)
