The position:
As part of the development of our clients' activities in the defense and aeronautics sectors, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to guarantee the compliance and performance of our supplier panel.
As a key interface between external partners and internal teams, you will play a central role in the quality assurance of critical components and equipment.
Your responsibilities
- Drive supplier qualification and evaluation (audits, approval)
- Ensure supplier quality monitoring (performance indicators, action plans)
- Handle supplier non-conformities (8D, QRQC, root cause analysis)
- Implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with suppliers
- Participate in performance reviews and quality audits
- Support suppliers in the continuous improvement of their processes
- Guarantee compliance with normative requirements (EN9100, PART 21, etc.)
Profile sought:
Your profile
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in quality, mechanics, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Experience in supplier quality, ideally in aeronautics, defense or demanding industries
- Good knowledge of quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why?)
- Knowledge of aeronautical quality standards (EN9100)
- Professional English required (regular exchanges with international suppliers)
- Analytical mindset, rigor and excellent interpersonal skills
