As part of the development of our clients' activities in the energy and nuclear sectors, we are looking for a Maintenance & New Works Engineer to drive the reliability of installations and contribute to the implementation of new industrial equipment.

You will intervene both in the optimization of the maintenance of existing installations and in the management of investment projects (CAPEX), in a highly regulated and demanding environment.

Your responsibilities

Define and drive preventive and corrective maintenance plans Analyze breakdowns and propose reliability improvement actions (AMDEC, RCM?) Monitor performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR?) Drive new works projects (studies, specifications, consultations, monitoring of execution) Coordinate interventions of subcontractors and service providers Participate in technical shutdowns (preparation, supervision, feedback) Guarantee compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements (nuclear environment) Ensure the update of technical documentation

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in maintenance, industrial engineering, mechanics or equivalent First experience in industrial maintenance or project management, ideally in energy or nuclear Knowledge of regulated environments and safety requirements Mastery of maintenance methods and analysis tools (GMAO, AMDEC') Technical English required Rigor, sense of responsibility and ability to operate in a constrained environment
