The position:

As part of the development of our clients' activities in the field of special purpose machinery, we are looking for a Methods & Industrialization Engineer to support the design and production of custom equipment with high technical value.

As a key interface between the design office and the workshop, you will contribute to the definition of processes, the optimization of setups, and the reliability of equipment from the earliest phases of the project.

Your responsibilities

Define manufacturing and assembly sequences for special purpose machinery Participate in the industrialization of new equipment (prototypes - commissioning) Design and improve tooling and production means Optimize manufacturing and assembly processes (costs, lead times, quality) Write technical documentation (instructions, assembly sheets, bills of materials) Monitor assembly, integration, and commissioning phases in the workshop or on-site Identify non-conformities and manage corrective actions Collaborate with design office, production, automation teams, and suppliers

Profile sought:

Your profile

Engineering degree or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent Experience in methods/industrialization, ideally in the special purpose machinery or industrial engineering sector Good knowledge of assembly processes, mechanics, and systems integration Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen') Knowledge of CAD (reading plans, simple modifications) is appreciated Technical English required Field-oriented mindset, rigor, and the ability to manage multi-technical projects
