The position:

As part of the development of our clients' activities in the defense and aeronautics sectors, we are looking for a Methods / Industrialization Engineer to support the production implementation of systems and equipment with high technological value.

At the heart of industrial teams, you will intervene from the design phase to series production, guaranteeing performance, quality, and compliance with normative requirements.

Your responsibilities

Define and optimize manufacturing processes (routings, instructions, tooling) Participate in the industrialization of new products Manage production transfer phases (prototype - series) Implement and improve Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen') Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective actions Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (EN9100, etc.)

Profile sought:

Your profile

Engineering degree or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanics, or equivalent First experience in methods / industrialization, ideally in aeronautics or defense Knowledge of industrial processes (machining, assembly, composites') Mastery of continuous improvement and production management tools Technical English required Rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a team
